“The first radio emitted some smoke and died. It was promptly replaced by Rugged Radios. Has worked flawlessly ever since. Easy to program, easy to operate.”

“I purchased a radio and used it a couple times and experienced battery issues. Contacted RR and they sent me a replacement battery. I haven’t tried it yet but the customer service was awesome.”

“The best customer service i delt with Candice i believe she at Pismo beach she the best. And not sure what's his name but I met him at baja 250 and I didn't know your customer service went all the way out there but he was great as well.. By these experiences lead me to recommend my family and friends to rugged. Now I give handheld as gift”
