“The equipment works well but its disapointing that a system at this price point, designed for off road and is litterally called "rugged" isnt water proof. You really should fix that. I know its posible because I put a military surplus version in my Jeep that is fully water proof. Also the headset jacks installed in the RZR are vulnerable to water and debris. I 3D printed some covers for mine for when they're not in use, to keep dirt, mud and water out but you really should include something like that as part of the kit. Im also disapointed that there isnt a way to directly connect an MP3 player (other than bluetooth) or a way to connect into my RZR's sound system. At the very least, you should include a USB connector that runs to an internal MP3 player (like the RZR has) so that users dont need to bluetooth their phones to get music.”

“I've had no problems with these radios, I just wish I would have bought the new generation of that handheld so I could change the antenna to a long range one. I have recommended the GMR2 to others in my ATV club and they have bought many of them from you. Great and reliable product.”

“Bought some air pumper helmets. They dont flow at all. Poor design by manufacturers. I brought this to your attention. Tech said i was right but didnt offer to buy back or upgrade the helmets.”

“Amazing customer service and truly “rugged” products. I have a GMRS radio with extended battery. Used the universal mount and the RR rep worked with me on the phone to come up with potential mounting ideas. Couldn’t be happier with it while Jeeping.”

“Myself and everyone else who has used them in my plane thinks they are very good. I don't want noise quieting because I like to hear my engine. These are perfect for blocking unwanted noise and yet allow me to hear the engine so I know that it sounds good.”
