“First of all the customer service is incredible. I understand this is a race radio company first but when being heavily advertised as a play system for normal people as well but when selling a stereo intercom the quality of speakers, especially the helmet headsets, is awful and the accessory offerings are not that great either. I understand building for the highest buyer which is racers but if you're going to advertise for the other markets it should be tuned for that market as well. If you're going to offer a stereo system at least make the speakers worth using or offer adapters to be able to use good earbuds or something. Without a windshield the vox is a little too sensitive as well. Trying to get it to where it will activate upon voice and not wind noise is a very razors edge with the intercoms.”

“I love these radios but would love some additional learning resources though. They don't come with instruction manuals which is downner. The range and clarity make up for it though. I take them on hunting trips and backpacking.”

“I bought my first Rugged Radio at the Sand and Sun Show last year. It has been a game changer for our crew. We need have systems in 4 SxS vehicles and numerous handhelds including two for MX riders. I have not experienced a single issue or concern with and RR products. Support has been awesome, it is always good to get the answer directly from the shop.”

“GMRS radio and intercom system work great. We have a Kawasaki Teryx which has a mid-engine that makes it noisier than some others but our Rugged Radios provide nice clear communication.”

“So far your service and products have been great. I have the rugged helmet air quick disconnects, and one failed out on the trail. When I got back I contacted you and it was replaced in a timely manner. I have the rugged communication in car and radio, but I have not installed it yet. I will write a review when that is completed.”

“Works great. I am able to hear clearly while jeeps, winches and chainsaws are running. A lot better the CBs and way easier to use. ( I have not even changed the channel on them yet.)”
