“I initially just bought the intercom setup so I could talk to my passenger. When others in our ridding group bought Rugged Radios I added the M1. We really enjoy being able to talk to each other while ridding. I also like listening to music using the Bluetooth feature. Andrew Plaza at Rugged Radios was very helpful with my purchase and install questions.”

“I had a purchased some hand radio and one of the batteries was bad . With no question you guys gave me me a new battery at king of the hammers . You guys have amazing customer service.”

“Overall it's been a good experience. I've had problems with the charging cables for my handhelds. 1 went bad so I bought a new one and now 1 of those isn't working. I just charge them at home so they're never out of the house”

“Awesome customer service! I have purchase a number of helmet Bluetooths, speakers, mics, and radios from Rugged Radios. They work awesome with the dirtbikes communicating between a couple buddies and I. Love the shirts too!!”

“I wished you would have came out with the long whip antennas before I bought the older generation gmrs. Or at least made the antennas detachable. Or better yet can I trade my old ones in for the newer ones?”

“Helmet kit Alpha Audio. Second time around still not working properly. Mic / PTT doesn't work. Was previously warranty. Reinstall it once again didn't work. Helmet kit could hear other people but can't talk back”

“I bought a two radio package. One works great the other stays charged for 3 hours and is dead. The way the battery charges in a cradle is not ideal for in a vehicle but we make it work”
