“Love the noise canceling from the headphones. Nice to be able to hold a conversation with the passengers and other riders. Have recommended to others we ride with to get rugged radios so we can all keep in touch with each other.”

“In Nov 2021 purchased the radio package for a Can Am Maverick X3 with dash mount but was hesitant because I'd heard that Rugged Radios were "delicate" and would fail if exposed to ANY water, BUT I WAS ASSURED by your representative, Khyle (sp?) that "the radios are perfectly fine for use in a SxS unless they are submerged in water". Knowing that I would never submerge my car, let alone the radio, I proceeded with the purchase - along with a long list of accessories. The radio was only used in Arizona and exposed to a little rain only once for about an hour on the Arizona Peace Trail (and I mean a minimal amount but for God's sake the system was being sold for use in a SxS!!!!) , but I can assure you the radio was never any where near being "submerged", and the entire dash was covered with a plastic sheet whenever the SxS was washed. A year later the radio failed and when I sent it in under warrantee I was told that the radio had failed due to water exposure and was not covered under warrantee and that I would have to BUY A NEW RADIO, but lucky for me, you guys were now selling the new M1 Radios that were water resistant!!! You guys KNEW the previous radio was NEVER intended for an SxS application, yet you lied and then refused to cover the failed units under warrantee. I have a very well prepped SxS and lead many rides throughout Arizona, and when asked if I have any recommendations about radio systems I give them my personal experience, with an extreme caution against Rugged Radio. You asked for my opinion and you got my reply, now I am intersted in YOUR opinion.”

“The company as a whole is awesome to work with! There product are well built, headsets are comfortable for all day wear. The sound quality is clear. Out of all the options on the market for side by side communications, I chose rugged because after researching they had all the features I wanted. I personally want quality made products and rugged has delivered.”

“I’ve had problems with so many of your products. 3 radios, 3 air pumper hoses (one was torn right out of the box), one headset cable and one headset. I feel now that if I buy anything from you it’s now my own fault because I should know better.”

“On your website it has service and returns. You click that button and a return form comes up but no service button. I have a headset that has a broken mike mount. I need to send it back to be fixed but cant. Kinda wierd that no one has noticed this for well over a year. Other suggestion is you guys need to get with a real headset company like beats. Imagine rugged quality with beats sound quality. Other than those two items im happy with the 2 grand worth of equipment i have. New can am with be outfitted with rugged !!”
