“Good equipment. It works. Phone support is excellent. I would really like more on-line information esp for people (like me) who only have a basic understanding. Organized QnAs based on phone questions might be a good place to start. Lots of extra parts in the kit and little installation instructions confused me.”

“I use Rugged radios in my class 10 desert car. Its retired from racing and is now my overbuilt desert play car. Curently have mounted intercoms and radio. Pair of r1 hand held radios. Helmet air pump, helmets wired for headset and nice pair of ear muffs. My r1s have the larger batteries and also the extended antenas. Everything works perfect. Passenger to driver comunication is crystal clear. No buttons to press just simply talk. I carry the hand helds for when other people are riding with me so we can comunicate. Those radios are also crystal clear. Nice job Rugged. Massive amounts of dust and crazy bumps and jumps year after year and everything still works perfect.”

“I have ordered six full car sets and we love them. They have lasted 5 years so far and we use them all the time. If we have any issues, mostly head sets wearing out, the Rugged team has always been very easy to work with and so friendly, as if I am the only customer they have when I need any service from them. I will always continue to buy Rugged Radios for all my communication needs.”

“Riding in the Northern Nevada desert the dust can get bad and during a group ride the group gets strung out. The Rugged Radio is critical for the group to stay in contact so no one gets lost.”

“Love the headsets. The delay from the time you push the "push to talk" button till the mic picks up your voice and it is transmitted, can be a hazard. Or I just have a bad button. Wish you had a break away antenna. I am on my 4th one. I am still missing a helmet from my last order. 208.631.5428 or uni.investors@gmail.com”
