“Meet the rugged radios guys at utv takeover and had some issues with radio communication on my canam x3 that had the complete radio kit. They were able to diagnose and replace the system that was defected and get me back into the dunes and being able to communicate with my buddies.”

“I purchased the wrong parts for my radio setup. When I called to figure out what went wrong the customer service person asked what I was trying to do and then sent the correct wires and I sent the misordered ones back. Thank You Bert Oakden”

“The headsets exceed the expectations for them. Clear, good sound reduction, good mic. The gel earcups and the cloth ear covers make a difference both in the heat and the cold.”

“Love the radios. Love the installtion. Dont like to glitchy nature of operating the radios. I have installed 15+ radios in my friends cars. I love the option of putting the PTT for the driver on the stearing wheel, but that is not easy on most of the Polaris RZRs.”

“The products are good although priced on the high side, forcing us to wait for sales. I just paid $88 for a replacement 15’ coax, and then our club was given a standing 15% discount (which would have paid my shipping) 😡. The thing that brings me back always is the support I get from your techs. It is outstanding. Helpful, courteous and makes getting replacement parts easy. Kudos to them!”

“Website descriptions not very informative on products. Bought the wrong radio and now out $450 and can’t talk to other riders in my group. Sent a message over the website, stated they would email me back. Never heard a thing after 3 weeks still waiting.”

“Running RM-45 with RP660 in 3 different machines. Product is fairly rugged and durable. A few issues with PTT buttons and cords. There is a ong delay between pushing the pushing the button and actually transmitting voice. Makes it super frustrating for anyone trying to communicate. I mean rage-level. Pricing is also getting way out of control. Will seek another solution for next set of machines.”

“My last experience with one of your techs was great. I was swapping out an older VHF VX2200 with a newer GMR45 and when it came to the antenna mount your tech had me take pic's etc...and send them to him and between the two of us figured out what we needed to do. Really happy with the service. Running three sand cars can cost a lot when equiping them all with one brand.”
