“Love our Rugged intercom setup in our old sand rail. We dont use the radio much except when were riding with friends but the in car comunication of the intercom is hands down the best upgrade we have made in our car. We love it and could'nt go back to not having it. Thank you everyone at Rugged, you have been great to work with even when my microphone failed and you sent me a new one at no charge. You guys have been great! Thank you for the wonderfull service and the awsome product.”

“I sent my 696+ com unit in to be repaired. They called me a week later to tell me the unit has been repaired under warranty and was being sent back to me. Everything works like new now. Great customer service.”

“I had a problem with my 696. After patiently walking me through some trouble shooting tips over the phone, the tech realized I had a failed box and sugested sending it in for repair. I was shocked to get it back in less than week and back to full performance! That's good service.”

“All of the staff that I came into contact with were amazing. Especially Owen. His communication was second to none. He knows his product well and always got back with me when he said he would. He personally took charge of my order to make sure it was processed as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Challenger-Custom for all of your radio communication needs!”
