“Our experience was superb, but it was helped by having friends that have been down this path. What would be helpful in my case would have been to be able to talk with someone after entering my first order and get suggestions and answers. For those of us older individuals, were not especially adept at parsing out the particulars. That is the reason I had to return items. With my second order it was a lot easier. would suggest that all new purchases have a followup. and recommend that referrals review the web site and then call.”

“I have used Rugged Radios for more than 15 years. I have had them in 4 different vehicles. Never had a problem with any of them and they always work amazing!! I appreciate that your customer service and attention to detail is always top notch...keep up the great work!”

“My group of ATV riders planned a big out of state 10 day trip. Spent a significant amount of money stepping up our game with communications. Every person ran into issues with the Moto set ups. The fact that there is no interchangeability between helmet kits or adding Bluetooth is ridiculous. Price gouging to make it all functional shows what’s important to Rugged and it isn’t the customer. Didn’t have any issues with radios but everything else was a disappointment”

“Radios worked great, liked the option to operate off the battery in my Jeep or have them charged up on the charger. Regular battery did not last the whole time we were on the trail, so I bought a longer life battery. Also recommend having the ability to use the Jeep battery when the regular battery runs out of juice.”

“I was impressed that they called to discuss my purchase before they shipped it. They affirmed my decision to go GMRS and also suggested an additional power switch for my configuration. The radio and intercom are fantastic.”

“Purchased a headset for working at race events. Needed a different microphone to be compatible with my radio. Customer service and tech support were both very helpful in providing the information needed.”

“Was having an issue with PTT buttons working in car and transmitting through M1. Hand held Mike worked but headsets did not. Sent units in to diagnose, and apparently all checked out on bench test. Regardless, techs saw some corrosion on back of intercom and replaced back panel and return shipped at no cost. Excellent service! Radios all working properly and sound quality may have improved as well. Very satisfied! Thanks RR!”
