“My order was sent to my old address, despite giving you the correct address. I managed to intercept the deluver and have it divert to a post office as I still wirk near my old home. You're usually very good, but this did cause me anxiety and concern, luckily I had a form of identifcation with my old address on, still awaiting an email response from yourself.”

“Unfortunately my order, which had a 48 hour delivery option and was urgent and needed to arrive by that time, did not arrive for almost a week. I wrote to the company after the 48 hours and they just said it wasn’t guaranteed. I wrote again after 5 days to complain but they didn’t bother to reply. I ah to cancel my own customers order that it was needed for. Not happy”

“Exellent stuff, would definitely recommend, would put 5 stars if packs of wicks above 10 pack ie 50 pack did not have cellotape round the recealable bag they are in, had to cut open, ruined a good bag, a small tie would suffice.”
