“The delivery fee is relatively high and the delivery was one day delayed (due to covid it's reasonable, maybe). Wax is good but the fragrance oils are not quite what I expected.”

Hi Yang, our delivery fees are calculated solely by weight by the delivery companies. We then charge what the delivery company quotes.

“Love the candle glasses, but there was very limited stock! Seems to be the case with most suppliers but it looks like I was limited on how much I could purchase in one go!”

“items delivered in good time. Packaging was disappointing. The mica in a plastic bag with no information label and the fragrance in a plain white container again with no information label. Im new to soaping so this may very well be normal however I will be looking at other suppliers to see if these things can be bought in more robust containers.”

“Lovely products with amazing scents, I’m so impressed with the quality. I’m converted to making my own from now on. Excellent communication on my order updates. However, due to the extraordinary amount of plastic packaging I have to give 3 stars. There are just so many available alternatives now it was disappointing to see so I’d be interested to hear if you have plans to change things on that front before I buy again.”

“Delivery was very quick - ordered around 10am Monday morning, and received by Tuesday lunchtime. The items were packed very securely, so no worry about damage to the items. The reason I only give a 3 star rating is specifically related to the item I ordered, which was Candle Making Starter Kit. I was disappointed to find that the kit was not in a separate box within the package. I ordered this as a gift for someone, and I assumed it would come in a branded box, as per the image on the website (there was no information to the contrary on the item page). However, each part of the kit was packed loose in a standard, plain box (while still being secure to avoid damage), so it doesn't appear quite as nicely for being a gift.”

Hi Lyndsey, we are sorry about the box not being branded. Due to Covid-19, we have been unable to get our suppliers to continue supplying us with the customized boxes. Hopefully, we can get the boxes back soon. We hope that the recipient is still able to enjoy making the candles!

“I got this as a gift for my friend, the packaging was damaged and didn't look very professional. On the website the packaging looked a lot more professional and it looked like a gift, this is not what I recieved, the packaging is different. I don't know what the products are like because it isn't for me.”
