“Hi always got my candle supply's from scent's soaps and candle's love the scents and the information they give you on wick's dye's and wax when you're first starting up. Delivery is always on time I wouldn't go anywhere else 10 out of 10 thank you.”

Hi Liam, you requested us to change your address and DPD attempted to deliver it to the address requested. Unfortunately, as the door wasn't answered the driver marked it as unable to deliver. We offered to resend a new parcel to you, but you said you didn't want DPD to deliver any parcels to you going forward.

“Bottle arrived with no safety lid seal of any kind as if it had been opened, and because it’s plastic, it had been squished in shipping and a substantial amount had leaked in the padded packaging envelope. Poorly designed opening for the purpose; it’s very difficult to pour out a smaller quantity fit for products without most of the oil pouring down the side of the bottle so I’ve got half the bottle on my work surfaces and floor. On the upside, my room smells great. Other than that, smells very similar to the original la vie est belle. I’ve made a soy candle, body lotion, room spray, and drawer sachets and they all smell/feel great. I haven’t lit the candle yet to test the oil in the wax but it smells good.”

“The Willows school is a special school and we make wax melts as a work experience initiative. We always receive excellent customer service and prompt delivery. The fragrance oils are gorgeous and our young people love it when new fragrances are delivered.”
