“First time ordering, haven't used the wax I've brought yet as awaiting other products from another source, but quick delivery, will def use again if I like the wax”

“Bought for Xmas present, swift dispatch arrived within two day. Only disappointment is the delivery fee, approx a fifth of the actual cost of the product purchased.”

“The fragrances were lovely. Disappointing delivery times. If I needed the fragrances in a hurry I would probably order with someone else as delivery took a few days ( Ordered on 19th and received on 24th)”

Hi Melanie, Sorry you were disappointed with the delivery from Royal Mail. We do offer next day delivery with both DPD and DX if you ever need anything urgently. Kind regards SSC

“Very happy with the purchase however not happy with the delivery! Was home all day and DPD claimed they attempted delivery and they didn’t. I have a dog that barks at everything that comes near the house and was downstairs all day. So was very disappointing when I paid for next day delivery.”

“My first order from Scents and Candles was awaited with excitement, the box arrived within two days of the order hooray, with a puffing panting delivery man, after he had conquered the stairs to my Dickensian loft abode, after a couple of days of rearranging my dwelling, making space for my new venture and the Christmas Tree, of course, I decided to open the big box of goodies and sadly one bag of soy wax did not survive the journey, hence my stars would have been five, the was split in transit, so I salvaged what I could and taped up the split, to be fair, I have still to speak with Scents & Soaps so watch this pace for the next episode, of the box of goodies to the Dickensian Loft In the Bay.”

Thank you for your review. We fill all of our bottles using a volumetric filling machine that is calibrated daily and checked with each fragrance.
