“The smart watch (flex) I bought on 29/06/2023 arrived very quickly and was exactly what I wanted. However, 2 months later and my watch vibrates almost constantly. I had it set up that the screen was very rarely in use, so the battery lasted over 7 days between charges. Today, I have been wearing my watch for 2 hours and the battery has drained to 84%. It isn't even going to last a single day. The service of the company is great, their product is unreliable. Disappointed as I like Sekonda's analogue watches. An update on my previous issue. Sekonda got in contact with me and opened a General Query for me. I got a message within 24 hours from someone named Ben, who suggested I send back the product to the Service Team. I was sent a link to create a label or print one at a Post Office to return the item free of charge. I heard nothing for about a week after sending my watch back, then I got a parcel with an invoice inside telling me the free replacement had been sent out as the fault could not be fixed. I have had my watch for around 2 weeks with no issues. But I am very confident if I get any problems, Sekonda will help me out. Their service is brilliant!”
“Good all round watch that was delivered in a quick and efficient manner. The watch feels fine and looks well on the wrist. The only minor issue I have is the user manual when you download it for my specific watch the diagram does not tally with my watch, so I have no idea what the extra button is used for.”
