“Quick delivery, good product. Watch is easy to use, comes with a free extra strap which was a nice bonus. Easy to change straps and use the features. There's a follow up email that was sent about a week after having the watch which gave tips on the features. It would have been good to have received this before or at the time of receiving the watch.”

“Had many watches from Sekonda with no problems. This latest one unfortunately arrived with a broken strap. I am getting nowhere with Customer service! In fact it doesn't exist! To say I am upset & disappointed is an understatement! I would have sent it back by now but unfortunately there's no returns label! I have emailed & emailed to no avail other than my complaint number & it's being looked into. This just repeats everytime I respond! So I now still have a lovely unwearable watch & no going forward as to it being rectified!”
