“To be honest I made a mistake and had to return. Just waiting for the credit. So far an excellent service and I hope to be able to buy again soon. This was the first time I have returned anything.”

“Product arrived on time well packaged. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I complained to Ring by phone asking what happened to quality control, I was told " we can't test everything". So I said "so you expect the customer to test it, then when it doesn't work the customer has to download and print a return label, package the item, then drop it off at a DPD collection point (6 miles from my house in my case)" This was the only option so I did this and await a credit but no credit for postage paid. I shall not be dealing with Ring again, dreadful lack of service.”

“Bought myself the ring 2000 rechargeable inflator about a year ago for handy checking my motorbike and car tyres pressures and ease of inflating found it useful and have since bought another 3 for giving to family members at Christmas-save me checking their pressures!”

“Effective and easy to use. Slightly noisier and slower than I expected but not a problem for topping up purposes. Auto switch off at target pressure would have been a helpful feature.”

“Bought the base model rechargeable digital inflator. Arrived on time. As described and did the job I wanted, (re-gassing a boiler expansion tank, in a very tight space). The only downside are the picture type instructions. Not very helpful. It has 4 M settings, M1, M2, M3 and M4. According to the pictures M3 is for inflating car tyres. M1, M2 and M4? No idea. Still, did my job, useful to have, so happy customer.”

“Always superb service and quality goods from RING. I have bought several items from RING over the past few years and every item has been made from quality materials. The price is extremely good too. Customer service staff are always happy to help and the tech crew give great advice if you have any questions. The delivery is always fast and the packaging is secure. I would recommend to anyone who wants products that are safe and will last the test of time. I bought one product from Ring 10 years ago and only replaced it because I wanted a more compact and up to date product.”
