Product arrived on time well packaged. When I tried to use it, it didn't work. I complained to Ring by phone asking what happened to quality control, I was told " we can't test everything". So I said "so you expect the customer to test it, then when it doesn't work the customer has to download and print a return label, package the item, then drop it off at a DPD collection point (6 miles from my house in my case)" This was the only option so I did this and await a credit but no credit for postage paid. I shall not be dealing with Ring again, dreadful lack of service.
