“We bought the RTC1000 Rapid Digital Tyre Inflator 12V DC which has turned out to pretty much perfect for our needs. Fast, compact and easy to use. Comes in its own storage bag.”

“i recently used Ring for the first time and ordered two separate items. The items arrived quickly. However, one of them needed to be returned, so as requested, i tried to do it online, but their system didn't recognise the order number? When i rang up to query this, i was told to leave the first letter off and add three 000's? Why not issue a delivery note with the correct order details on them?”

“Quite easy to navigate the website particularly if you know what product you are looking for. Payment process is fairly straightforward. Next day delivery let the process down. DPD driver sent a message to say he would be with me in 15 minutes and I was delivery number 67, he was on number 60. 15 minutes later I received a " sorry I missed you, your parcel is with the co op" No effort was made to deliver the parcel. Rather lets Ring down. A common issue with DPD if you look at Trust Pilot reviews.”

“Ring were great. The delivery company DPD were not. They couldn't find my address even though the property has been here 120 years & every other courier can find it (Yes, even Evri!) They sent the item back & I'm still waiting for it. It's being re-sent. Let's see if they can find it this time.”

“Solar panel 10w boutght last week - does the job well. Was not sure if it had to be disconnected before each time car engine was started, nothing in instructions referring to it needing to be unplugged and was a bit confused by the word 'permanent' used in the Ring ad description. So sent email message to the email address shown on the Ring site for any queries, to ask for clarification - got no reply, so lower score for poor 'after sales' customer service.”
