“One of my favourite purchases ever! Super easy to use and really portable. I enjoy using it so much, that I’ve already sorted all 3 family cars, a neglected bicycle and an old wheelbarrow just for the fun of it. Couldn’t recommend it more.”

“Very quick delivery. The mains powered tyre inflator 660 model works well on my first use but sometimes it starts putting air in immediately and other times there is a slight delay and a whining noise before it starts, not sure if this is normal or a fault. When inflating tyres you have to allow an extra 1 psi for loss of air whilst disconnecting the unit from the tyre. It does top up my SUV tyres very quickly and I hope this unit will last me a long time.”

“Good product, offered online with next day delivery. However I ordered on a Friday but failed to receive any delivery info. When I rang on Monday I was told delivery would be on Tuesday. It failed to arrive on Tuesday so I rang again, and again on Wednesday. I didn't receive any delivery info and was obliged to chase it up with 3 phone calls on 3 consecutive days. They were apologetic on the phone but I was unnecessarily inconvenienced, they made delivery a hassle and failed to offer compensation. Wouldn't buy from their website again.”

“Website was easy to navigate, the layout helped me locate the item I was looking for. Item description were informative which helped me decide which model suited me best. Prices were clear and precise, checkout process was easy with good choice of method of payment. Free delivery was a bonus, the charger was dispatched quickly and as promised arrived within 48hrs. Tracking was spot on with excellent packaging which protected the charger during shipping. Thank you for your excellent customer service and products.”

“Great value for money product. Does the trick and about half price to boot. Only thing I would say is that when you offer a 10 percent discount on your first order, instead of the checkout saying sorry invalid discount code, explain why. I emailed and called and had to wait a couple of days to find out that the 10 percent off your first order is only on non discounted items. Slightly misleading and frustrating when you are entering a code expecting a discount only to be told it is invalid with no explanation. Person on the phone evemtually cleared it up.”

“From visiting the website to order to delivery was a relatively easy process. The item was generally described well on the website but the 'user guide' was generic and needs to be expanded further for clarity of 'use & specification details' e.g. maximum pressure the unit can sustain. The unit itself looks good and appears to be well made. The 12v power lead winder handle could be more substantial. Clear display and easy to use. The screw on valve connector is a good feature from the traditional clip-on. It is a little bit noisy when in use but not an issue. I did not need to contact after sales service so unable to comment however, you can order with confidence as the returns guide is very easy and convenient if needed. From the many tire inflators on the market and from previous experiences, this unit is a very good buy and excellent to have in the boot. It was just recently purchased but self-assured it will last a long time. Definitely recommend it.”

“Having purchased Ring products previously including a RSDC3000 dashcam an offer for the basic RDC1000 model was ideal for my motorhome, order was delivered quickly but unfortunately devolped a screen fault after running a short time. Return was easy and by contacting sales with an email a replacement was sent quickly and this one worked perfectly and is now fitted. Excellent response from the sales office in speeding up replacement.”
