“The users guide was rubbish & had to ring fir advice. Once connected the numbers kept jumping around on the dial with no indication if charging was happening. Left to charge my leisure battery all day and went to check on the charge but saying 2.4 which was lower than the charging began. Have emailed the co to return for a refund. It might be that I am a 61 year old woman new to camping & charging leisure batteries etc but I’ve watched loads of you tube videos & have connected the charger & battery correctly so maybe this one is a dud.”

“Ordered RAC830 tyre inflator on their easy to use website, it arrived the following day. On inspection it seems well made and straight forward in use inflating tyre quickly and cut off to the correct pressure. Time will tell on it's reliability.”

“Although not yet used, I purchased a RAC830 Heavy Duty Digital Tyre Inflator 12V DC, which at first sight looked all in order. However on the box and in the sales blurb it mentions suitable for motorhomes, but only has about 3.2 mts. stretch from the cab cigarette lighter point... Our motorhome is not particularly long at just over 7mts. I spoke with the technical team at Ring, and Mark who was very helpful sent me free of charge a 12ft 15amp extension wire for the cigarette lighter, which arrived the next day, so hopefully, all will be well when I go to use the device for the first time. Basically, the lead is not long enough for bigger vehicles unless you use an extension cable. 4 stars as the service was as you would want, courteous and helpful... Not what you would get from Amazon :)”

“A good charger, it's just a pity the instructions don't mention that it remembers what it was doing last so it's confusing that when I first tried it showed 24 volts, not the 12 that I was expecting. A quick phone call assured me that it was OK and just needed to wait a couple of minutes for it to sort itself out.”

“Heard about this company from a friend and decided to purchase new tyre inflate as mine had broken, very easy to order and arrived very quickly, I have already used it and it's fantastic so much easier than the fossil I was using before thankyou a great around experience”
