“So far, so good. Picture quality is good. My only criticism is the lack of detailed instructions. You can download more detailed information on the Ring website but that still does not cover what each item on the setting menu does. For example, "Parking Monitor" it does not describe how it works. Hence when I manually turned off the camera I could not understand how it was on again when I came back to it. Other similar functions should be described in more detail.”

“This is a review about online and delivery experience, not product itself which has just arrived. Website ok but for some reason unable to order with credit card for no clear reason so that was an issue. Kept informed and your courier (DPD) was supposed to deliver on Tues 6/9 and sent a slot for evening BUT THEN FAILED TO TURN UP, then claimed they'd missed me but I waited in all day and left clear access instructions on both website and on building main entrance...which is not entrance to my flat..as well as my mobile no. to contact on arrival in case of problems This was all ignored. DPD posted a photo of night sky(!!) as "proof" of attempted delivery and claimed they had missed me-all untrue. This caused me problems as I needed the item ordered last week so had to make new arrangements. To make it worse, DPD had delivered a parcel to me earlier the same day (from a different company, not Ring) so it would have been far more efficient and environmentally sound if they'd co-ordinated things better and delivered both at same time...they need to review their I.T. system to enable them to do so in future, as both items were planeed by them for delivery on 6/9 - as per notifications I received from them the day before. In contrast, I then requested rearranged delivery today and item arrived on time and driver followed instructions..complete contrast to very poor experience on 6/9. Clearly DPD standard depends on attitude and competence of the specific driver. You may want to bear this in mind and monitor future deliveries before deciding whether to change courier co. or not.”

“Easy to shop and next working day delivery. I then discovered my existing tyre compressor was ok and the reason was a fault with the car so i returned the new compressor without unpacking its box. Returns procedure was very easy.”

“Great tyre inflator. Easy to use. Just select the tyres recommended tyre pressure, switch on the tyre inflator, and the tyre inflator will pump up your tyre to your selected pressure and switch itself off when pressure reached.”
