“The website was easy to navigate on compare products. The quality of the product surpassed my expectations. The communication from purchasing to delivery was spot on. The only niggle I do have is that the size of the box that came for what I had ordered was ridiculously overkill. Apart from that I had an awesome experience.”

“I bought a RTC2000 Cordless Handheld Rechargeable Tyre Inflator. The shopping experience was good. The inflator looks good but must have been designed by someone who's had pretty much no experience of pumping up tyres. Fiddly to use. Buttons set to close together.”

“I had requested a Invoice which is not sent to us. Warranty on this product I don't know as no reply has been sent through email. Poor customer service shud I say.”

“1st order wasn't good. Placed and paid for my 1st next day DPD order. Next day, order status showed 'SCREENED'. That status showed for 2days, I then emailed Ring Customer Support to ask what 'SCREENED ' meant, as i required my order next day and got no reply, another 2-3days, still showing 'SCREENED', so emailed again. Still no reply email back from Ring! Approximately 8 days later, the status was still showing 'SCREENED ', so I had to call them on the phone. They said that something went wrong with their system. I explained that I understand that things go wrong, but was disappointed with their customer service, as no one had the decency to reply to any of my emails. They apologised and gave me a partial refund on my order and dispatched my outstanding order the next day. I hope that my next order will go smoother.”

“very good m/c l like that you have up to 20amp charging, I thought this model had a repair mode ? lf it has itis well hidden. Also intructions are pretty basic if you are not mechanicly inclined Thats the only two reasons thaat l gave it 4 stars”

“I received my RTC4000 tyre pump and it is very easy to use. I tried it and it is a lot easiest and quicker than my old foot pump. Internal rechargeable battery and a cable for the car 12v power outlet is great for a backup”
