“Ring team fantastic help in trying to get my parcel delivered still waiting after 10 days! Carriers absolutley useless.....no fault of Ring i hasten to add which is beyond their control....will use them again for future orders..but just seems my turn to be unlucky with delivery! But in the grand scheme of life its not the end of the world!”

“I recently purchased a Ring tyre inflator directly from Ring AM to replace a previous Ring (purchased from Argos), which had gone faulty after many years of good service - nothing lasts for ever. However (at/after purchase), I noticed an anomaly with the figures quoted to me associated with said purchase. I promptly E Mailed Ring's customer service and provided details. Their response was very slow and I've had to chase them constantly ever since and the issue STILL isn't resolved, Basically my concerns have been ignored! I cannot fault their product, however their customer service is absolutely abysmal!! Well, I guess this is probably down to the old adage - we've got the customer's money, anything after is not our responsibility, sigh ...............! Shameful indeed.”

“The process of ordering was straightforward. The product was sent quickly and arrived in good condition. It also works well. My complaint is that I did not receive an email confirmation of the order even after I asked for one. So I don’t have any proof of my purchase.”

“Easy to use once you've fathomed out the poor visual instructions. The first one had me completely stumped - I got not to do the tyres on a hill but what turns out to be putting on the handbrake was unreadable to me. Written instructions please - i emailed to ask for them but no response - not good so for 'over a week' below = not at all!”
