“We arrived at the airport and received friendly service and guidance on where to find our bus to our destination. We set off and it turned out that the driver was driving fast, really fast. He drove close to the cars in front and overtook at every opportunity. We came south and the passengers gradually had to get off at their respective hotels. Here the driver raced around the many roundabouts and you could hear how the luggage lay and slid back and forth. We even had to hold on tight to not fall out of the seats. When we finally arrived at our hotel, the luggage was thrown around in the luggage room. A driver from hell. We had booked a return trip with Shuttle Direct, but have chosen to cancel and find another means of transport. We simply do not dare to drive with Shuttle Direct again :-(”

“Vooral de pickup vanaf het vliegveld was eindeloos wachten. Ruim anderhalf uur in de bus zitten wachten op 3 passagiers....pfffff De dropoff ging vlekkeloos, alleen bij aankomst bij het vliegveld moest je als passagier zelf je koffer uit het busruim pakken. Dat vind ik gewoon zó géén service....”

“Airline hat meinen gebuchten Flug am 4.12 gecancelt und ich blieb im Hotel. Sofort informierte ich darüber Shuttlediect. Eine Umbuchung auf einen Ersatztermin wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich das Nichtantreten des gebuchten Transfers nicht verschuldete.”

“We have used shuttle direct a number of times. Collected and delivered to our accommodation no problem. Our lift however did not return to collect us to take back to the airport and we were unable to contact anyone to see what was happening. We managed to arrange a taxi to the airport. There seems to have been an accident on the roads between the airport and our destination, and I suspect this was the cause. This would not deter us from using shuttle direct again however as it has been so reliable to us in the past and I would recommend to others.”
