“With the price of Tenerife airport taxis going up ,we decided to change our transportation choice.we were surprised with our experience and went both ways with no problems. My partner was at the time unable to get about so the help with off loading our cases was very much appreciated. All round it's something we will use again.”

“Pick up at airport was fine, but driver was no help at all in helping me with my luggage! I even had to load it into his van myself. He just walked in front of me, no help at all. As I am nearly 80, I expected some help. Totally different with the return trip from Costa Tequise, he was helpful!”

“I always think shuttle direct is a great service.Which l use many times in a year in different countries.Tenerife airport on the 3/12/23 not so good.We were left waiting a long time for our pick up,as were many other people. It was hot standing in the hot sun in our winter clothes. eventually, a small bus arrived to pick up more people then it was capable of.Which was very stressful.”

“Booked a taxi to meet us and to be parked out side was told he would be holding a board with our name on it. This was not the case we had to follow someone to an upstairs parking for minibuses which was horrible. Due to back issues I couldn't keep up and lagged behind in agony. We did get a minibus to ourselves but the whole point was to be in a taxi outside with no issues. I was in agony for 2 days of our weeks holiday.”
