“Ik kwam aan op het vliegveld en ben direct naar de balie gegaan. Daar werd mij verteld dat de eerst volgende bus pas anderhalf uur later zou vertrekken. Dit was voor mij een grote teleurstelling. De dame aan het loket heeft voor mij haar uiterste best gedaan en kon ik direct met een andere bus mee. Hier was ik zeer blij mee.”

“Straight forward kept Informed staff friendly and a great help at the airport and on board the coach. Driver even told us exactly were our hotel was as the coach couldnt access hotel as it was on a side street.however thier are lots of coaches going to and from the airport always read your emails my coach was run by giovianni travel I almost got on the wrong coach I travelled from barcelona el prat airport to cap salou arrived relaxed and would highly recommend them hassle free”

“Collected at the airport when we arrived which was good but no sign of the transfer when we were to be dropped back at the airport, we had to call the transfers company to get a taxi and in fairness the guy at the end of the phone was helpful but by the time it arrived it was getting close to making the flight”

“We werden te vroeg opgehaald 10.20 vlucht was om 15.30 zit je uren op de luchthaven te wachten.Een nichtje had zelfs 3 uur in de bus gezeten vanaf Barcelona naar Salou”

“Abholung am Flughafen war gut organisiert, obwohl der Bus dann doch mit einer halben Stunde abfuhr. Am Rückreisetag gute Info über den Zeitpunkt der Abholung, und auch pünktlich.”
