“Wait time at airport was an hour before transfer commenced (and it was late at night); too long to wait tbh… 30 mins is fine but an hour is just too long !… otherwise; all ok & return journey/pick up from hotel was on time. secondary comment; when driver dropped us off; it was on a side street “close” to our Hotel; zero directions & had to rely on Google maps to find it…. Really !!!”

“Good service but if u travel late in the evening with children please bare in mind this is transfer to multiple destinations so route can take long. We were stuck in the airport for over an hour waiting for bus to fill in. We were in hotel around 2am where flight landed at 11pm. If I knew it will tak that long I would opt for taxi on the way in. Journey back was perfect. Good value for money”

“Ik kwam aan op het vliegveld en ben direct naar de balie gegaan. Daar werd mij verteld dat de eerst volgende bus pas anderhalf uur later zou vertrekken. Dit was voor mij een grote teleurstelling. De dame aan het loket heeft voor mij haar uiterste best gedaan en kon ik direct met een andere bus mee. Hier was ik zeer blij mee.”

“Straight forward kept Informed staff friendly and a great help at the airport and on board the coach. Driver even told us exactly were our hotel was as the coach couldnt access hotel as it was on a side street.however thier are lots of coaches going to and from the airport always read your emails my coach was run by giovianni travel I almost got on the wrong coach I travelled from barcelona el prat airport to cap salou arrived relaxed and would highly recommend them hassle free”

“Collected at the airport when we arrived which was good but no sign of the transfer when we were to be dropped back at the airport, we had to call the transfers company to get a taxi and in fairness the guy at the end of the phone was helpful but by the time it arrived it was getting close to making the flight”
