“The pick up in the airport was not ok, there was no one to receive us. I called your office - and was informed, that the driver will be there soon ( we arrived at the schedule with the flight). But we met another employee from your company who was very helpful. He called our driver - and helped us to the pickup place. Sorry to say it was the same problem last year. The pickup from our apartment was just excellent, just in time. ( the same as last year). Maybe You should send an SMS to the customer " we a right away" when you are delayed. But still, we will continue to use Shuttle Direct - it is much better than tourist buss. Regards Dan Andersen”

“The service was excellent, the only down side being the last to be dropped off from the Airport more down to the location of the hotel than anything to fo with Shuttledirect. Also they ensured that were still picked up despite the breakdown of our coach .”

“Normally have to wait around 40 minutes at Barcelona to go to the destination that's not too bad Coming home the coach always is punctual but this year we was picked up 6 hours before the flight we made good time to the airport as we only had 5 pick ups and about 15 people but we then had a 4 hour wait at Barcelona which I think is unacceptable,I phoned up the office and was told that our coach was the only coach that morning would get us to the airport in time for the flight”

“The drivers, both ways, were great. Only issue is that the first driver's van had no AC. We had just landed from Amsterdam to a much hotter Mallorca, with a 5 month old baby, and that journey was not pleasant at all.”

“Easy to book online and straightforward instructions to find the bus at the airport. Only had to wait 15 minutes before setting off, and the driver managed to drop us just around the corner from our hotel. Great service and much cheaper than a taxi.”

“The move2 rep at girona was very rude to my partner after sat on a coach for over 2 hours with no Aircon my partner asked how much longer we'd be sat there , and she said if you don't like it upgrade yourself to a taxi. Certainly won't use or recommend this company to anyone”
