“Booked a return. Barcelona to salou. Straight forward with website login emails hotel gave me a printout at checkout. Airport staff very good. Only 5mins wait at the airport Drivers very friendly and professional Nice coach.”

“Beim Abholen am Flughafen sollte ein Fahrer mit Schild auf uns warten. Der Fahrer war allerdings im Parkhaus und es dauerte 30 Minuten bevor wir uns gefunden haben. Beim Abholen an unserer Unterkunft ist kein Fahrer erschienen und er war nicht telefonisch erreichbar. Wir haben mehrmals mit der Zentrale telefoniert, welche uns dann letztendlich ein Taxi geschickt hat. Es hätte nicht mehr viel gefehlt und wir hätten unseren Rückflug verpasst - NIE WIEDER!!!!”

“Every thing work out so well. Drivers very helpful, buses clean and tidy. Very punctual, would certainly use again. I can recommend this company. They kept in touch by emailing two days before departure confirming times and pick up point.”

“Very user friendly well organised company to use. Outbound driver was a bit of an angry type but that's not our problem he still got us there. Inbound was a friendly guy who got us back in good time. Easy to find desk on arrival and clear instructions were sent to us for collection for return. Very good”

“Making sure that you get to the hotel and airport on arrival and departure on time, is very important and can be a very stressful time. Shuttle Direct were very good at making sure we had nothing to worry about. We were the only people in the vehicle and on arrival at the airport they texted me outlining how long they were going to be and exactly where we would meet. The day before our holiday ended, they called me personally to say that they would be picking us up 1/2 an hour early because of predicted heavy traffic. This was a nice touch and welcome.”

“My plane was two hours late due to an emergency stop at Manchester and shuttledirect was there at midnight and saw me off safely and efficiently to San Pedro de Alcantara even though I joined the wrong cue. My pickup at 6.45 went seamlessly and I cannot praise Shuttledirect enough. Highly recommend and shall use them again. Beate Gray”
