“Professional company easy to deal with”

“Test came late in the mail and did not have instructions for how to submit the test for a certificate in the package. Received and email that explained this was an oversight but the email also did not have a proper link to submit. Overall a very clunky process.”

“We nearly had a catastrophy when after submitting our negative lateral flow to Skyway (paperwork not checked by Ryanair on departure) ! We arrive in Krakow where there was a huge queue. We suddenly realised our certificates both showed “failed“ - knowing our tests were both negative ! Whilst in the queue at Krakow we emailed Skyway asking them to call us urgently and they did!! Then emailed us our negative certificates - Just in time to clear Krakow passport control desk!!!”

Hi Sylvia, thank you for your feedback it was myself who dealt with your issue with your daughter on the phone. We have to have the passenger locator code on the test cassette, which many people forget to do, so an email goes out advising to reupload their cassette with this written on. I believe that we could make this clearer for our customers so I will escalate it. We want the testing process to be as easy as possible for our customers. I am glad all was ok and hope you both had a wonderful trip :) Kind regards Sam

“I arrived home on Saturday test kit arrived on Tuesday. So a day late, then had to go online to get information. Paid £19.99 very poor service.”

“The ‘Next ‘day’ delivery promised took 4 days! We found it difficult to know what to do once we had done the test. Although it is all changing soon it would have helped to have had simple instructions included with the kit. Once we found out what to do Sam dealt efficiently with our test.”
