“Went it to Slyman on Saturday to purchase a washer . It was quite busy, however we were greeted when we entered the store . Quickly Josh approached us and offered his help and advise . We found what we needed and he took care of it from start to finish . It was a great experience. Love doing business with Slyman .”

“The two sales people (Carter and Sean)who helped me were very nice. I wish the policy on the purchase of the pedestal storage drawer for my washer had been different. When I initially talked to Sean about whether or not to get the pedestal storage drawer, I asked if I could just bring it back if my old pedestal were to fit. He said I could do that, but then when he wrote up the ticket - I got a text saying it was not returnable. He is new-ish, so I get the mistake - but I still wish he had honored his first answer because it was another $250 I probably did not need to spend, but would end up being $350 if the old did *not* work and they had to come back out after the initial install.”

“Walked in was greated by Jordan. Told her we wanted garage refrigerator. She showed us the options and we picked one. We laughed and said this has to be the fastest sale ever. She was very sweet and easy to work with”

“We were met as soon as we walked in the door and greeted by the salesman. He was very knowlegable without being pushy. He checked all available products that were in stock and we were able to choose without pressure from him to buy what worked best for us and not something that the store was pushing.”
