“From order through to delivery the arrival of my new washing machine went smoothly. Brett was helpful with taking my online search and review of products to an actual order. He gave me good information about the two machines i was considering so i could make the best decision for my home. The delivery process was also executed really well - they sent me a link so i could track where my shipment was in the process of delivery to my home. The delivery driver called me as they were heading to my home to let me know they were on the way.”
