“You had what we needed. Jake was great about comparing washers and pointing out the advantages of what we eventually purchased. He had to deal with another customer for about 15 minutes but we think it was worth the wait.”

“Our oven went out the day before we were having 35 people at our house for a party. I did some quick research and selected a Cafe double oven to purchase. Unfortunately, I called several places and nobody had one in stock. When I called and talked to Dan he said they had one however it was earmarked for another customer. After a couple of calls on their part they were able to make it available for me and I had it installed by late afternoon. Dan definitely went the extra mile for me on this. Also, pickup at their warehouse quick and easy.”
