“The salesperson was very nice. I knew what I was going to purchase when entering the store. The delivery people were super polite and handled my washing machine with care. They made sure the machine was leveled properly.”

“The Amanda pair wasn't what I came in to buy, but was in a pinch needed to have in two days and that's what was available comparable to the Whirlpool pair I was interested in, Jake represented Slyman bros very well, I'm a retired Sears appliance executive so I can appreciate noise efforts, thevtwo young men who delivered the product were excellent and very customer oriented. The only request I would have is to get our washer level then it is, they put a block of wood under but the vibration from the spin cycle causes it to slip off blocks, thank you for letting me vent. “The salesperson said the water hookup was a tube hanging from the back however it was not and the full manual was not provided only a quick start guide. I contacted GE for additional information who also stated they discontinued providing that documentation. Very disappointed in their decision. Slyman should print and provide as a service to your customer”

“The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming BUT he had his do with him on a leash the whole time. The dog did not lay on his bed in the corner of his office but in our space the whole time. It was hard to talk about the product without the dog in the way. When we sat and placed our order the dog wanted to be in our faces and I had a hard time focusing on the task at hand. We had to come home and roll the fronts of our jackets with tape because there was so much dog hair on them.”

“I was able to get all my questions answered and completed a purchase. They did not have the popular model I bought in stock and do not give cash discounts, which was unfortunate. I will return for future appliance purchases.”
