Took a while to be acknowledged. Apparently the price was wrong on the website, but they did honor it. The salesman made a comment about giving it away and although it was a good deal, it was still not free.

Ordering was easy, delivery was on time, but I did not receive a manual and the link to the invoice did not work -- it showed "page not found". In other words, most service was good, but administrative things were a little poor.

The only issue was that the item I purchased was not in stock. Otherwise my sale person was knowledgeable and professional. Price was right on

Due to delivery time, Ed ended up canceling our purchase and getting our stove from a company who had stock. My husband called Mike to explain our situation and requested a refund. He handled it promptly but was very short with my husband on the phone. “Well that was a total waste of my time today” were his exact words. We ended up purchasing a microwave from someone else after that due to his tone. Sometimes a sale cancels but there may be other opportunities in the future. Mike missed that. He was very nice and polite prior.

Good friendly service. Not so great on delivery expectations. Was told my stoves were on the truck and being delivered and once I spoke to the store, found out they were not. No expected delivery for a few more weeks. Other than that a good reputable company. Will do business with them again.

Hi, everything was great but unfortunately I just recently found the washer doesn't seem properly balanced. I left a message on customer service option 4/15 and waiting for call back to return and fix. Claire Davidson 314-497-7039

The sales lady was friendly and there was no hassle at the time of purchase. The delivery and installation person was kind and efficient. My only complaint is that they gave us a window of 10:00 - 12:00 for delivery and installation and showed up before 9:00 am when we were not available. If you give a window you need to stay within that window. They showed up over an hour early with no advance phone call. I was not happy and gave the sales lady a lot of grief and thankfully she was able to reroute and get our appliance deliverd that day - tho we had to rearrange our schedule due to them not be able to come until later in the afternoon. If you are going to give a delivery window please deliver in that window. I would have given 5 stars if this had not of happened.

The Slyman Bros sales staff were knowlegable and polite. The purchasing and setting up delivery and installation was quick and easy and all of the questions were answered. The delivery went well. The delivery guy was polite but did not seem overly interested in explaining what was happening in our own house and the process he was doing. A bit supercilious. That is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars. But I would but our next appliance from them.

I was pleased with the sales process and delivery process. Prior to delivery I informed Mary Beth that the hinges needed to be on the left side. She informed me they come standard on the right side and if I wanted to change it would need to be done in the warehouse and the delivery date moved. I also was charged $29 for this service. Upon delivery, the refrigerator was fully wrapped in packing with the hinges on the right side. I informed the delivery men and they told me they do this in the field which they completed in addition to the water hookup for the ice maker. I don't understand why then I was charged $29 for a service that was never completed with no need to move the delivery date.
