“Delivery guys were great, but the refrigerator that was delivered wasn’t anchored to the floor, and moves each time you open the door. Needs to be fixed asap.”

“Sales person mentioned you get an extended warranty but without quoting them with total certainty made it sound like it was included.? My wife said something to me about it and I said that’s what I thought they implied too. We thought the sales person although knowledgable was a little over zealous. We like the company and have purchased from them before, just thought the sales person needed to pump the brakes a little.”

“We went to their warehouse sale. It was super busy and a little chaotic but we found what we needed quickly and they were able to help us load it in the Jeep right there on the spot. Haven’t installed yet, but looking forward to it. My only complaint is that the delivery fee and installation would have added another $350. I think that’s an outrage.”

“Purchasing online through Slyman was a fairly seamless experience. The item I ordered came in earlier than expected and scheduling a delivery was easy. You could also track the truck carrying your item, which is handy for customers trying to get kids and or pets corralled. The only reason I gave a 1-star demerit was that you could not select morning or afternoon on your delivery day, and the delivery folks did not level my appliance. Other than that, everything was great!”

“I can't find fault with these people...great product choice and friendly helpful sales staff, as always. The only critique centers around the delivery service...I was not able to contact them directly when I had a conflict in delivery time, but had to go through the sales staff...the problem was fixed and delivery/install of our new LG refrigerator was on time and very carefully performed...Would like to be able to contact the delivery prople without having to go through channels...I'd recommend anyone to Slyman is they want good pricing, friendly service and a great product lineup!”

“Always friendly. After you've been to the big box stores you can tell the difference in going to a dedicated appliance store, especially locally owned. The people helping you are former installers and people who have been watching, servicing and paying attention to what appliances are going to work. After doing a lot of research, I've learned that nobody really knows everything, but Slyman Bros knows a lot and they do want to get people what they want if they possibly can. Pricing has been, for me in several purchases, similar or less than any big box store. Where a big box store might have a sale, they'll get you with a costlier or more delayed installation. I'd rather have somebody to call on. You pay a lot of money and bring these massive appliances into your house, they need to be smart purchases and not throwaway ones.”

“Our dryer went out suddenly and is not repairable. It is important to me to buy domestic whenever possible. In talking to the repairman he mentioned that Spped Queen was the best when it came to laundry machines. Speed Queen is made in the USA so that fit in our wants, Then Max found a new dryer in an "Open Box". Brand new, but $200 cheaper with the a new dryer guarantee. We have not recieved it yet, so I cannot comment on product performance, but the sale went well. The delivery and set-up is a bit pricey, but we went that direction anyway. Ralph & Marie Wirtel”
