“Price was awesome. Being able to pick-up the next day was awesome. Had trouble reaching a human to confirm my pick-up was ready, bu eventually did. The hold music "I'm on hold" was awesome! Allin all, very good. Love buying local and appreciate you.”

“Jake did a great job trying to get the best price for me. Availability and a lower price had me cancel the order. In the past I've always shopped the big box stores and then bought from Slyman. (Slyman has always beat their price by at least 100.00) This time there were additional charges added for delivery. The difference in price was 206.00 and it was available this week. I will do business with Slyman again in the future and refer clients to you as I always have.”

“First time with slyman. Delivery was very nice and easy. Ordering was easy, online sales help was nice. I ordered wrong color but they fixed it right up. Will keep them in mind for future purchases.”

“I was looking for a American made refrigerator. Slyman Bros had it and also nice to buy local from a St Louis Family run Business. Competitive pricing. Whirlpool is at least assembled in USA. I'm not sure how many of the parts are from USA. Agressive and informative internet.”

“Completed purchase by phone and the experience was done in a timely manner. The sales person could only not answer a minor question regarding the product. I was satisfied with the experience.”

“Salesman helped us determine which freezer we needed with details and size. Very easy to do business and cared about our finding what we wanted. The only improvement would have been to have an upright freezer in the showroom to help visualize the cubic feet sizing.”

“Pick up was easy and product was in box in good condition. After installation by owner, range made a noise (fan noisy and vibrating) when using convection bake. Will need to get unit serviced. There is no visible damage to range, just bad fan!!”

“The sale went very smoothly and we like our new KitchenAid dishwasher a lot. While the installation ultimately was successful, the technician didn't start off very well. He was unhappy about the tight fit under our countertop. His initial comments were "nope, ain't gonna happen" and "we should charge you double for this installation. It's supposed to take one hour and this is gonna take two."”

“It was easy to get the appliance but the access to the building was horrible. Coming off 141, you have no idea how quickly you have to turn in to the lot.”

“They sold me a water filter for my refrigerator == TOO much MONEY! $59 plus.... Found out after, I could have purchased it else where a lot cheaper . BOO HISS for Slyman.”
