“I gave 4 stars based on my experience when we first walked in the door on Thursday. One gentleman was on the phone and another was talking to someone; but, neither acknowledged our presence. We walked around looking at appliances for about 5 minutes and was getting ready to leave when Matt Gore came in the room. He immediately engaged us. We got the information we were seeking; we returned Friday to purchase 4 appliances. I would give Matt 5 stars because he is feel as if our business was important to Slyman Bros.”

“Very pleased with the customer service, salesmen were very helpful, Mike Orlando was very good at explaining things as much as he could. The only thing that my husband was unhappy with, was the fact that we had to pay the total cost before we even had the survey done to see if the appliance could be installed. Normally, we have only had to pay 50% of the cost till everything was finalized!!!”

“Great sales and delivery experience. The only reason for not receiving five stars is the tape residue left on the refrigerator. It took over forty minutes to remove this very tacky residue from the side.”

“The sales consultant was great, the store was clean as can be and employees greeted me upon entering, provided courtesy drink, etc. Completing purchase very easy and scheduling delivery was equally simple. The delivery, more so the installation was the hiccup, a pothole in the process. After turning the water off and on five times the installation was completed. Regrettably, after the driver and install crew left the hose-water supply to the washing machine was leaking, badly. I called the store, and spoke with consultant who was appropriately concerned. In the meantime, I reinstalled the water supply that was leaking and the leaking stopped. At this point, I noticed the installer did not turn on the hot water supply, just the cold. Room for improvement but so far pleased with Speed Queen washer & dryer.”

“Quick Prompt service, done in less than 24 hours from placing my order to install! delivery and install guys could have been nicer... not sure they were very happy to install a laundry center on the 2nd floor also 1 scratch was left on my wall which I didn't notice till after they left.”
