“My fridge was out and Slyman Bros saved the day. It was delivered the next day. HOWEVER, the ball was majorly dropped. I was instructed to call at 5:00 to find out the delivery window for the next day. My salesman tried to look it up and was having problems. He said he would call me right back. At 5:50 I called and spoke with someone who told me it would be between noon and 5. Imagine our surprise when the phone rang around 8am on delivery day saying the truck would be at my house in half an hour or less.”
