“Went to the store to purchase a replacement microwave. Salesman Mike Orlando made this easier a combo meal. He has knowledge on the appliance and was able to articulate the differences in the various options from which I had to choose Couple that with the new showroom and it was a pleasant experience. Better than purchasing online”

“Jacob was great to work with regarding our recent visit to the O'Fallon store. We were able to purchase two appliances and get out of there in about 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and very accommodating in meeting our requested delivery schedule. Definitely 5 STARS!!!”
