“Sales people, especially Jodi, were very pleasant and helpful. Delivery and installation were very close to the promised time. Michael and Mike were quick, efficient, and strong (and very nice). Communication could have been a bit better, but all worked out well. I'm a bit surprised that there are very few models of freezers that are small enough fit through doorways.”

“Our salesman, Tony, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us make a tough decision. We were in the market for a washer after another had issues after about 5 years. Tony showed me why the Kenmore I bought in 1985 lasted 20 years and everything I bought since lasted about 5. As a result of Tony’s explanation and physically seeing the open front display model. We purchased a Speed Queen. We ended up spending almost twice what we originally planned, but I believe we bought MORE than twice the machine. Thanks”
