“Very informative and knowledgeable, took the time to listen to me and understand what I was wanting/looking for. Showed me the different options the models came in. I never mentioned a price range, Mike worked off what I was looking at and showed me other brands with the same features and in the same price range. He didn’t suggest one brand over the other, the decision was mine. Very informative and no pressure.”

“I appreciate having a local appliance source such as Slyman Brothers. I am always greeted by someone immediately, so I don't have to go searching for assistance. And I like to support a locally owened business. Dan Jochens offered instant guidance and I'm looking forward to having a new washing maching within a week of purchase.”

“Outstanding customer service. Jake was the best. Refrigerator to be delivered in Thursday but cancelled before last couple of stops because of loxal flooding. It was rescheduled for Monday. I called Jake and Brittany the dispatcher and they got us on the Friday schedule. Install was smooth. Replaced a scratched plastic shelf too”

“Slyman Brothers is my preferred choice for new appliances. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. I remain loyal to them after having a Christmas refrigerator disaster where they kindly loaned me a fridge while my new one was on order for a January delivery. I just wish I could figure out the delivery routine...was notified at 3:00 the day before, my delivery was scheduled for 7:00 to 9:45 am. So I was up and ready (way earlier than normal) only to check that morning and see I was now 11:42 to 3:42. I do appreciate the tracking available during the deliveries to see where I am on the route, so I don't have to be home all day. And Slyman delivers very quickly, if your item is in stock.”

“Showroom experience: very helpful and no pressure Sales experience: price was very fair and delivery charge/haul away fee low Delivery experience: extremely good. Polite. Mindful of not damaging floors or walls. efficient. I have used Slyman in the past and will always visit them in the future as applieance needs come up”
