“In general, I am happy with Snap Rentals and now when I know the process at the Auckland airport, I will certainly use them again and recommend them. There was a little bit of miscommunication but was resolved with a little bit of patience and persistence it was easily resolved. Everything else was impeccable”

“Very easy to find quick 5min drive from airport very quick efficient and friendly service. Car drove beautifully no problems and drop off was very quick and easy with a free shuttle service straight away back to the airport. Thankyou SNAP rentals highly reccomend.”

“Snap Rentals is absolutely amazing. Accommodating with changes. We extended our hire on 3 different occasions due to our circumstances changing. Communication with them whether on phone or via email they'll respond within a timely manner. Highly recommended especially if you're not trying to fork out $200-$5000 on a deposit with other vehicles.”

“A great rental from Snap! The pickup shuttle was there when we arrived, and our driver Joe was so helpful and friendly. Pickup was super quick, and our Suzuki Swift was clean and ran well. At dropoff we were out the door and back on the shuttle with Joe in minutes. Fast, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommend Snap and we will use them again on our next trip for sure.”
