“Easy to get the transfer bus from the airport to the pick up location near Auckland airport. Easy handover of the vehicle. Vehicle was clean and what we had hired. It had a few scratches which we were not fussed about but we made sure we took photos of these so there were no issues when returning the vehicle on who was responsible for them. The car was reliable for our 2 week driving trip across both the North and South Island. We had a very early flight out of Queenstown and when we rang Snap about early drop off they were able to accomodate this and gave clear details via phone and back it up with an email. I would use SNAP rentals again. We saw lots of SNAP rental cars on our travels so they are obviously used by many others too.”

The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, which made my trip smooth and stress-free. Staff are always friendly and ready to help. Pick-up and drop-off were both efficient, with no delays or complications. I really appreciated the clear communication and great customer service throughout. Shuttle to airport is a plus.
