“Happy with my purchase. Firm dispatched the day after payment and sent me an email confirming, but the product went missing by the delivery firm. Staff at Socal were professional and followed this up. The item was found some days later and delivered by a different delivery firm.”

“The website description of the replacment barbeque part I bought was inadequate and so i ended up with the wrong bit (hence one star off the rating) but SoCal were excellent in sorting it out and getting the part returned. Would happily buy from them again as you can trust them to assist you.”

“Great service, I received an email saying the items were ready for dispatch (and they called to discuss an item that was out of stock - they agreed to substitute it with a superior wood pellet). The items were well packed and exactly as described. Although the item arrived a little later than expected, it was still fairly quick and I was kept informed. I ordered the items late on Wednesday, they called (to discuss the out of stock item) on Thursday and said it would be will be with me Friday - it arrived Saturday morning!”

“Everywhere was out of stock of the Weber barbecue that I wanted, but Socal helpfully let me register for a stock notification email. Once back in stock and ordered, it was delivered by their own (really friendly!) driver and vehicle a couple of days later, and even wheeled into the garage for me (as it's too heavy for one person to move). This was my first time using Socal and I was very impressed.”
