“From moment of ordering to collecting I can not fault them ! Yes I thought I asked to collect but had clicked for delivery ! One email from me asking to collect was met with an Email back telling me wasn't a problem and would be sent another saying when ready to collect . That duly arrived and on arrival well directed with signs to gas department. Greeted by a very polite friendly smiling lady who took my details and due to covid restrictions kept her distance but still showed me where to pick my new bottle up from and where to leave the empty ! Im a Well satisfied customer . Thankyou”

“Excellent service, knowledge and choice! Being a bit of a bbq fanatic I have purchased a number of BBQs and accessories here. The experience has always been first class. Charles is very knowledgeable and helpful. The range stocked is amazing. This is BBQ heaven and the go to place in the South.”

“I really like SoCal, the Driver that comes is really nice, friendly and takes the time to make sure all is good. I had an issue the last time with my heater, I mentioned it to him in passing and he gave me helpful tips. When he came this time, he said that he wanted to make sure everything was working. He waited until I was happy. Fantastic service, really made my day. The price is also comparable to others but even if i had to pay more I would. (I also got free delivery too!) Can't state how highly I recommend.. (I tell my friends that have/need gas bottles!)”

“I was in the market for an extra BBQ and didn't know which one to purchase, i.e. Pellet, offset smoker or Egg type. I saw and advert for Socal. I phoned them up and spoke to Charles, had an informed chat and decided on a particular type, but they didn't have them in stock. I was prepared to wait, but then saw a Broiler King keg for half price and ordered it online on a Saturday. On checking their website over the weekend, I noticed several more bargains and wondered if I had made the right decision. I phoned Charles on the Monday, he put the order on hold we had a talk about my order. On his advice I kept the same order and it was delivered the next day before noon. Great decision on both the Keg and company. Excellent service.”

“Couldn't ask for more, quick delivery, great comms from them. Good price as well on a deal. Came with a free gas bbq cookbook even though charcoal bbq but never going to turn a freebie down. Would recommend them.”
