“We found SolarQuotes very helpful a couple of years ago when we installed a reasonably substantial quantum of panels. We are now planning to take advantage of the Government incentives now available for solar batteries. Again, SolarQuotes have been helpful and, based on their recommendations, we are working towards an installation early in July. Out of the three, two gave quotes for battery package and installation online and one came to the house checked and discussed in person what they recommended .
As follow up I have proceeded with the company that came to my house and I'm very happy with the outcome.
All three quotes were very similar for a 15 - 16KW system with house backup
I have used Solar quotes before when I had my initial Solar setup installed was also happy with advice.
Please note that the only reason for my upgrade is due to the Federal Government incentive that made it more affordable

“I have followed the solar quotes sites for many years and have always found the information available to be valuable in making decisions about solar power.
I decided to not go ahead with some of the quoting companies to request quotes to add a battery to our system as we are not large power users and the capital cost could not be saved during the warranty periods of any battery currently available.
Costs should have reduced substantially by now, given the ramp up of electric vehicles, but even with the new government rebate factored in are still around a $1000 dollars per kilowatt hour installed price. This will have to be much less for the majority to justify such a large capital expenditure.”
