“Great information, but all quotes were well over $5000 more than the competition, one of the quotes was for identical parts. This means an additional $5000 just in the installation. Perhaps a more clear quote would include itemised price including labour!”

Out of the three quotes you suggested one made contact and turned up to supply a quote. Another one rang this afternoon they had only just opened up after the Christmas holidays. And finally another one didn't contact me for a while and when an appointment was made tried to re schedule ! I actually took the day off for that reason ! One just said I will beat any quote by $$$$

It was a shame to hear our recommended installers couldn't service your roof for a solar installation. I did speak to the installers and ultimately they weren't comfortable installing on that roof pitch, we have written a good article here that may clear things up: https://www.solarquotes.com.au/panels/angle/
However I have texted you a couple more names and numbers that you can call. These are installers that I know have performed more difficult installs in the past and i'm confident they will help.

“Hi, only 2 have contacted me. The third has not responded to your second request.
But I did not appreciate the last email requesting me to respond about the three quotes, and putting all the focus on a QUOTE. I informed SolarQuotes that I was going to take 3 months to make a decision. There was no option on the email sent to respond to the fact that two of the three had contacted me, and only one had given me a quote, and I wrote that the other company had corresponded with me with good details but I was not ready to ask for a quote. I feel pressured and that is not what I indicated: 3 months!!! Give us a break.”
