“Great information, but all quotes were well over $5000 more than the competition, one of the quotes was for identical parts. This means an additional $5000 just in the installation. Perhaps a more clear quote would include itemised price including labour!”

Out of the three quotes you suggested one made contact and turned up to supply a quote. Another one rang this afternoon they had only just opened up after the Christmas holidays. And finally another one didn't contact me for a while and when an appointment was made tried to re schedule ! I actually took the day off for that reason ! One just said I will beat any quote by $$$$
