“I believe I made initial contact with you on the afternoon of 23 January. By the early afternoon the next day, 24 January, ie., within 24 hours, I had two excellent, detailed quotes after both companies made contact with me on the morning of the 24th, requesting some photos of switchboard, meters etc. And the GI Energy response was in the form of a YouTube, face to camera, explaining each page of the quotation. Not ‘showy’ but very professional and impressive.”
