Wish I had read b4 being gung-ho and signing with 2nd company who contacted me and went thru their sales pitch so eloquently.
After all my research am hoping to go with one of the other providers as I've already signed their contract but not yet paid a deposit or applied for the Victorian government rebate yet and they've been unreliable in contacting me back when I've said I'm available and now wants to do things over the phone rather than seeing me in person that I'm not impressed with. I understand they're very busy but I'm not unreasonable by giving time-frames to call me and have rang at other times, when of course I'm working or doing other things.
